Larry & Brian Parkhill

    Larry Parkhill's grandparents and parents loved to fish, so he grew up with early childhood memories of fishing in the 50's and 60's. Larry, in turn, spent many a weekend with his son Brian, angling the lakes and rivers in the quad-state area around southern Arkansas, staking out Millwood Lake as their home for bucketmouth fishing.

    Larry's first attempt at bass fishing was in 1970, and within a few years, Bagley became his crankbait of choice. A few years later, he had the opportunity to join the Bagley Fishing Team. Joining enabled him to purchase colors difficult to obtain in his region and kept him current with new ideas and trends in fishing. The Bagley employees and fellow fisherman made for many great friends and memories.

    In time, Larry and Brian became avid Bagley lure collectors. They've sent me pictures of several of their favorite Bagley lures and patches, as well as details of their Bagley Fishing Team membership. In the future I hope to post pictures of some of their world class collections.

    On a personal note, I'd like to thank Larry for all the assistance he's given me in my Bagley collecting. There is no way this site would have been built without Larry's help and support.
